Madonna, 64, spills out of busty corset as she shares Sex book news

Madonna looked sensationally youthful in her latest photos

Madonna has scarcely aged a day since posing for the 1992 photos that appeared in her world-famous book, Sex – and she’s no less raunchy or provocative than she was back in the day, either.

Madonna took to Instagram to mark the news, posting a cleavage-baring photo of herself as a flame-haired redhead brandishing a tray of candles, while promising fans via one of her legendary lyrics: “I’d like to put you in a trance.”

30 years has passed since Madonna, now 64, released her provocative photo book – and 800 limited edition copies of it have now been re-released in celebration.

USA-based fans will also have the opportunity to see a selection of the best captures during Miami Art Basel between November 29 and December 4.

Some of the Like A Prayer singer’s remaining books will be signed and sold at auction to raise money for her charity, Raising Malawi, which donates to causes close to her heart.

Meanwhile, Madonna’s fans have been questioning how she seems to have barely aged a day since the original snaps were taken for her book, which debuted 30 years earlier.

Madonna sparked delight among fans with her latest look

Posing in champagne satin gloves and a luxurious fur coat in a coordinating colour, Madonna teased her new collaboration with YSL.

Madonna has told of harsh criticism over the sexualised nature of her book

Madonna previously claimed that, as a result of “empowering” herself as a woman through her Sex book, she was called “a witch, a heretic and the devil” – and that she paved the way for subsequent performers like Miley Cyrus to be more sexually free. She pointed to a music video featuring Miley appearing naked astride a wrecking ball – something she believes could never have happened in her youth without a backlash.

Madonna has fought with younger stars over the claim her Sex book paved the way for them

Madonna came to blows with rapper Cardi B online, after she declared that, thanks to her,: “Now Cardi B can sing about her WAP. Kim Kardashian can grace the cover of any magazine with her naked a**, and Miley Cyrus can come in like a wrecking ball… you’re welcome, b***hes!” Cardi hit back that she didn’t like her “tone”, and expressed disappointment as someone who’d grown up listening to Madonna “for hours” – but the pair have since buried the hatchet and made amends.

YSL has published a promotional poster advertising the book’s re-release

The photos, which were taken by Steven Meisel and curated by Anthony Vaccarello, will appear at Art Basel Miami Beach in the USA, starting from next week.

YSL isn’t the only luxury brand Madonna has worked with recently

Madonna also posed last week with her latest accessory – a neon yellow Balenciaga bag which mirrored the look of caution tape.

Madonna’s controversial photoshoots have been a popular topic this year

Madonna hasn’t shied away from portraying a sexy look in later life. However, some Instagrammers have criticised her for not being “age positive” and for presenting an unrealistic portrayal of how a woman in her 60s should look. Yet the Material Girl is defiant, having fought with other celebrities, including 50 Cent, in a bid to passionately defend her look.
