Natalie kept surgery a secret from her husband Mike
Many fans have speculated in the past that the 90 Day Fiancé star had some plastic surgery done on her nose. On 90 Day Fiancé: Happily Ever After? Season 6, the first time audiences hear about Natalie wanting a nose surgery done is when she’s confiding in her friend. The 90 Day Fiancé star explains that she has polyps in her nasal cavity, causing breathing problems. While at her friend’s house, she explains that she needs to break the news to Mike that she already scheduled her nose surgery and it’s next week.
At dinner, she tells Mike that she already scheduled the appointment. Mike is understandably upset because Natalie did all of that behind his back. Mike told Natalie that the issue isn’t the cost of the surgery, but it’s a matter of communication. While there were a few fights about the miscommunication and secretiveness on Natalie’s side, they could start planning for the surgery. On the July 9th episode, Mike and Natalie head to Seattle, Washington, to spend a night in a hotel ahead of Natalie’s nose surgery. Natalie and Mike end up fighting, and Natalie drives herself to the appointment alone.

The whole situation seemed pretty suspicious to 90 Day Fiancé fans. One Reddit user, @OptimisticAsshole, posted a photo of Natalie with the caption, “I think Natalie is just getting a nose-job but trying to hide it from Michael.” Another user, @DareWright, posted a meme on Reddit joking about how fans think she’s lying about needing a nose job.
Another Reddit user posted their opinion on Natalie’s secret nose surgery, writing, “Why am I thinking that Natalie is getting a nose job…” The fan goes on to talk about how Natalie was acting after surgery, writing, “Yeah, yeah, liquid coming out, breathing difficulties… But she appears to have gotten a boob job and lip injections, and I’m thinking this surgery is more cosmetic than medically necessary.”
