American Horror Story: 1984 fans convinced Lily Rabe will make epic return as her stunt double is accidentally listed – The Sun

AMERICAN Horror Story: 1984 looks set to welcome a familiar face to Camp Redwood.

The Ryan Murphy anthology series is known for its ensemble cast, with many familiar faces sticking around in different roles in each iteration.

One name who has yet to make an appearance is Lily Rabe, who has graced the show since its very first season Murder House.

She subsequently starred in the likes of Asylum, Coven, Freakshow, Hotel, Roanoke and Apocalypse.

Among the 37-year-old’s former roles are a ghost, a satanic nun, a hippie witch, so suffice to say adapting to different characters has never been a problem.

It looks like Rabe is about to make her 1984 debut imminently, at least if the cast list in anything to go by.

IMDB has credited her stunt double Alina Andrei for upcoming episode The Lady in White, so it’s fair to assume she’ll be there too.

An array of social media slip-ups point to a similar conclusion.

Lily followed, and then promptly unfollowed fellow AHS star Matthew Morrison last week, no doubt worried about giving her appearance away.

Billie Lourd, who plays Montana on the show, also started following Lily on Twitter earlier this month, which seems like one hell of a coincidence if they’re not working together.

It’s no surprise that many fans have put two and two together and decided Rabe must be making an appearance soon.

One excited fan gushed on Twitter: “Yesss! That’s what I’m missing this season! The originals!”

A second exclaimed: “LILY RABE COMING BACK FOR AHS 1984 CAN YOU HEAR ME SCREAMING?!”

While a third called the rumours a “blessing” and said they had been “praying for her return all season.”

American Horror Story fans were left reeling earlier this week when a theory the Camp Redwood Counsellors were stuck in a time loop began to circulate.

American Horror Story: 1984 airs Thursday on FOX in the UK and is available to steam on NOW TV.
