Power Book 2 season 3: when will the show return?

THE season two conclusion of Power Book 2 has aired, but fans are already eagerly anticipating the drama's future.

The first of the Power spin-offs premiered last year and was a huge hit for Starz.

When will the show return?

While the second season was airing, Starz greenlit the third season of Power Book II: Ghost on December 7, 2021.

The spin-first off's season premiered in September 2020, barely seven months after the original Starz drama ended.

Season two was swiftly confirmed and it premiered in November 2021, indicating that the show's future looked bright.

Brett Mahoney will fill in for show creator Courtney Kemp, who will remain engaged but won't manage the day-to-day responsibilities the same way, in the upcoming season.

The release date for the third season is still yet to be determined.

Who will be in the cast of Power Book 2’s third season?

Starz has confirmed that numerous new characters will join the main cast when the show returns for season three.

These actors include David Walton, Monique Curnen, and Moriah Brown.

Based on their character profiles, they're certain to pose problems for Tariq St Patrick – played by Michael Rainey Jr – and Monet Tejada – played by Mary J Blige.

In the first season of Power Book II, actress Curnen played former NYPD Detective Blanca Rodriguez, and she will return to reprise her role.

She'll be more driven than ever to complete what she started the first time around.

Brown will play Kiki Travis, a young Wall Street vice president who is "making her own way in the world of the business elite."

As for Lucas Weston, he will be playing “an adventure-seeking, left-leaning high-level executive at his family’s Wall Street firm.”

With the addition of folks from Wall Street, season three may see the narcotics operation reach new heights with their assistance.

What is Power Book IV: Force about?

Force, the latest spinoff in the Power universe, stars Joseph Sikora, who will reprise his role as Tommy Eagen from the original series.

The show premiered on February 6th at 9pm ET.

Power Book IV: Force follows Tommy Egan as he leaves New York and travels to Chicago, despite a figure in the trailer warning him that Chicago might not be the greatest decision for him.

In addition to Sikora, the series also stars Isaac Keys, Lili Simmons, Gabrielle Ryan, Shane Harper, Kris D. Lofton, Anthony Fleming III, Lucien Cambric, and Tommy Flanagan.

Kemp, the creator and showrunner of Power, is in charge of the Power Universe series.

Through her production business End of Episode, she executive produces Power Book IV: Force alongside Curtis "50 Cent" Jackson of G-Unit Film and Television, Mark Canton of Atmosphere Entertainment MM, Chris Selak of End of Episode, Shana Stein, and Bart Wenrich.
