Scarlette Douglas admits Chris Moyles ghosted her after Im A Celebrity stint

TV Presenter Scarlette Douglas has revealed that radio host Chris Moyles has ghosted her following their appearance on ITV's I'm A Celebrity…Get Me Out of Here!

The 35 year old confessed that she messaged her former co-star Chris, 48, but he has failed to hear back from him since their three-week stint in the jungle.

Sharing an update on the status of their friendship, Scarlette told Johnny Seifert on the Secure The Insecure podcast: "So Chris Moyles I had met on the Ant and Dec tour, so when I saw him, I was like, 'I've met you before.

"We've got a mutual friend, I am the voice of Capital Xtra and you are on Radio X next to the Capital Xtra studio, and he's like 'No way'.

"So we had a really good bond since when we were in there. And then since we've come out, I kind of message him a bit, and it doesn't really get back to me. I know.

"So if you're listening, Chris, can you please reply to my voice note," she added.

When asked why she thinks Chris may not have replied to her messages, A Place in the Sun presenter Scarlette said: "I just think he's actually busy.

"And he's actually got a life outside of me sending voice notes."

She continued: "But when we were in there, we had this thing… So we both love the Hunger Games. So just randomly we'd whistle the theme – ok, obviously a bit better than that with the whistle.

"And we would just do that to each other all the time. And that was our thing.

"So I just send him voice notes doing that whistle, and then he just doesn't actually listen to them."

But during her conversation with Johnny, Scarlette also revealed that Love Island star Olivia Attwood, who left this year's series prematurely, is not a part of the I'm A Celeb 2022 Whatsapp group.

She also admitted that the group has gone a bit quiet now that everyone has gone back to their normal lives.

She explained: "I will always write in a WhatsApp group, because I b***y love people. And I was like, 'let's all be friends together forever'.

"And in the jungle, it was like, Yeah, of course. But then coming out, everyone's gone back to their real lives and the like, Scarlet, like, just chill out.

"Because I literally will be messaging not every day, but I do message a lot. I'm one of those people in general across all WhatsApp groups, across WhatsApp. Full stop. I'm a talker."
