Kate Garraway’s Life Stories: Anton Du Beke in 'powerful' interview
Strictly Come Dancing judge Anton Du Beke joined Kate Garraway on ITV’s Life Stories to discuss his unbelievable life including his tough relationship with his father and meeting his beloved wife, Hannah.
Hannah, 46, was in the audience when the emotional interview was filmed, alongside her dad and Anton’s sister, Veronica.
One particularly heartwarming was when Anton and Hannah’s six-year-old twins shared a sweet recording for their dad.
Little George and Henrietta said in their message: “Hi Daddy, we really love you and we like your dancing a lot.”
As the camera cut to Hannah in the audience, she smiled widely and wiped tears away from her eyes with a tissue.

Earlier in the programme, Anton’s friends and family discussed how the 57-year-old said he would never have children because his love of dancing was his priority.
Eventually, Hannah sat him down for an “honest” conversation and told him she wanted to be a mother.
However, Hannah was diagnosed with endometriosis in her 20s which meant they relied on IVF in a bid to get pregnant.
After years of trying, they did conceive, and to their surprise it was twins.

Hannah said in her interview: “I was having a scan and they went, ‘There’s the heartbeat and it’s great, oh, there’s a second heartbeat’.
“At which point Anton let out an expletive.”
Hannah teared up again as she explained how “lucky” they were to have had their children.
She continued: “I don’t think he even thought it was something he wanted to do but I think creating his own family and how much they love him has been magical for him.”
George and Henrietta were born in March 2017.
Anton previously spoke about his joy at watching his wife become a mother, telling Hello! last year: “She’s everything I thought she would be. I thought she’d be an excellent mum, but she couldn’t have children.
“Isn’t it funny how nature works in mysterious ways? The person I thought would be an incredible mum couldn’t have children. That’s the sad irony of it all.
“But as we had IVF, we were able to have them in the end and I’m thrilled for me – because I’d have 100 [kids] by the way, because I love them – but I’m thrilled for Hannah because she is amazing at it.”
