Archie Looks Just Like Baby Prince Harry During His Royal Tour Appearance

Archie Mountbatten-Windsor, the four-month-old son of Prince Harry and Duchess Meghan, graced us with his adorable presence today, joining his parents as they met Archbishop Desmond Tutu in Cape Town this morning. The royal baby was a bundle of joy during the visit, dressed in striped overalls, a white shirt, and white socks.

As Archie was photographed with his parents during the important meeting, his resemblance to Harry was undeniable, especially when looking at the young prince during his appearance on Princess Diana and Prince Charles’s royal tour of Italy in 1985. He was eight months old at the time, but it’s clear that as an infant, Harry had the same cheeks, face shape, and hair as his son does now.

Let’s not leave Meghan out of it, though. One scroll through the Duchess of Sussex’s own baby pictures hint that her son has inherited some of her traits as well. Perhaps it’s her nose and eyes?

Days after Archie’s birth in May, Meghan and Harry were still unsure which parent he looked like more. They were “still trying to figure that out,” the duchess said during their son’s debut at Windsor Castle. The duke noted that Archie’s “looks are changing every single day.”

As Archie started to make more public appearances, such as during his christening or a polo match with family over the summer, royal watchers began to notice more similarities between him and his dad. The main giveaway was the hint of red in his locks. Back in August, a source told People that the royal baby was already growing “tufts of reddish hair.”
