‘I have never slept better’: Ashley Graham reveals she TAPES her mouth shut when she sleeps… after unveiling her slimmed-down look in Cannes
Ashley Graham revealed that she has started taping her mouth closed before she falls asleep at night.
The 35-year-old mother-of-three took to Instagram to share an image of herself sleeping with two pieces of tape on her lips as well as pink earplugs.
The model – ranked number one on Maxim’s Hot 100 Sexiest Women in May – inscribed the image: ‘I started taping my mouth shut when I sleep and I have never slept better – and even better when I wake up. Don’t knock it till you try it!!’
Mouth taping is an increasingly popular home treatment for people with trouble breathing through their nose while sleeping to prevent scratchy throat, bad breath, and snoring.
This comes after Graham unveiled her much slimmer body while enjoying a trip to Cannes, France, on Saturday.

The A New Model author matched her dazzling ensemble with dangling silver string earrings and sported a sparkling eyeshadow highlighted by silver eyeliner.
The sun-kissed body positivity activist wore her dark tresses in a sleek and straight style and finished off her look with radiant bronzer and a glossy nude lip.
The television personality looked noticeably toned since showing off her postpartum body after welcoming a set of twins — named Malachi and Roman, 17 months — in January 2021 with her husband, Justin Ervin. The couple also share a son Isaac, three.
On Saturday evening, Graham stunned in the show-stopping, sparkling outfit as she attended the annual Vanity Fair x Prada Party at the Hotel du Cap-Eden-Roc.
The event kicked off the 76th Cannes Film Festival, with many of Hollywood’s A-listers supporting their projects.
Last month, the beauty stripped down to her lingerie for Maxim’s May/June 2023 cover.
Featuring Graham was a significant change for the popular magazine, which often features scantily clad size two stars in their twenties. Graham is one of the curvier mainstream models, but doesn’t like to be called plus size.

This comes after news that the 35-year-old model is set to present the new HGTV reality series Barbie’s Dreamhouse Challenge.
The four-part series – which is set to premiere sometime this summer – will follow eight teams of HGTV stars trying to transform a California home into a real-life version of the iconic doll’s house.
