Beyonce made a beautiful gesture to the loved ones of Kobe Bryant and his daughter Gigi as she performed at their memorial.
The singer, 38, has been praised for changing the lyrics of her song XO in order to avoid triggering painful memories and emotions for mourners in attendance at the special event.
Basketball legend Kobe, 41, and his 13-year-old daughter were tragically killed alongside nine others in a helicopter crash last month.
Last night, they were remembered in a public memorial at Staples Center in Los Angeles.
And as Beyonce belted out her track XO, which was said to be NBA star Kobe's favourite song, she swapped the lyrics "crashing into you" for "laughing into you".

The change was an apparent bid from the songstress to avoid upsetting those present at the event.
Those who noticed what she had done showered her with praise.
One wrote on Twitter: "Just watched the video of Beyoncé paying tribute at Kobe & Gigi Bryant’s memorial and it was so beautiful. The way she changed the lyrics in XO from “crashing into you” to “laughing into you” so she wouldn’t trigger anybody was so thoughtful."
Another posted: "I love @Beyonce. I love @kobebryant. So it’s only natural that I loved this performance. And I loved how aware she was that she changed a couple of the lyrics. Both legends/royalty in their own right."
While one tweeted: "I thought #Beyonce did an amazing job honoring Kobe and Gianna in song. I notice she changed a lyric in “XO” from “crashing” to “laughing”. I’m sure out of sensitivity to the victims. Good call."

Beyonce also altered the lyrics "You kill me boy XO" to "Just kiss me boy XO".
Beyonce was one of a number of performers and speakers to take to the stage at the sold-out service, held in honour of the LA Lakers star, his daughter and the others lost in the tragic accident.
The memorial was held at the venue where Kobe played for his beloved team for 17 seasons of his two-decade NBA career.
Beyonce has known Kobe and his wife Vanessa since 1999, when he made a cameo appearance in the music video for Destiny's Child hit Bug-a-Boo.
She also performed her song Halo for the audience on Monday night.
