They've been embroiled in a bitter spat with their wedding planners since tying the knot in an elaborate Palm Beach ceremony last April, but now husband-and-wife duo Brooklyn Beckham and Nicola Peltz are finally feeling ready to move on from the lawsuit.
Nicola's father Nelson Peltz took action against Miami-based event-planning firm Plan Design Events, attempting to sue the company over their failure to return the $159,000 (£132,000) deposit.
But a statement obtained by People Magazine today insists that the altercation is over and that both parties have put the dispute to bed.
"The parties believe that this contract dispute between Nelson Peltz and Plan Design should be resolved on the terms agreed," the statement read.
"As part of the settlement, PDE will make a donation in the name of Nicola and Brooklyn to the CARE Ukraine Crisis Fund. PDE wishes Nicola and Brooklyn Peltz Beckham happiness and a fruitful life together."
The married duo reportedly had their hearts set on Preston Bailey, who is known for throwing high-profile celebrity events, to arrange their nuptials, but the planner stepped down with just six weeks to go until the wedding.
Then, Nicole Braghin and Arianna Grijalba, the names behind Plan Design Events, only lasted a week of working with the Peltz-Beckham team before parting ways.
The wedding planning duo went to trial last month after Nicola's billionaire father Nelson filed a lawsuit accusing them of not returning a $159,000 deposit that Brooklyn had paid.
Nelson alleged of the two women: "During their nine days of negotiations… (they) failed to book a single new wedding vendor, failed to finalise the terms of any agreements with any of the vendors that had previously been selected by Peltz and his family and failed to attend previously scheduled meetings with Peltz.
"The celebrity of the wedding couple combined with the anticipated attendance of many high-profile guests required that the wedding planner have the expertise and staffing to plan, coordinate and execute a wedding event of the expected caliber and complexity.
He added: "The guest list included more than five hundred people, including numerous celebrities, athletes, dignitaries and other influential individuals, who travelled from all around the globe to attend."
Nelson also shared screenshots of text messages sent between Nicola and planners Arianna and Nicole – with one text message saw Nicola say she was "tired of catching" mistakes made by Nicole and Arianna.
The two women later filed a countersuit seeking damages for breach of contract, calling Nelson a "billionaire bully" and claiming his family put them through wedding-planning hell.
Ultimately however, the duo looked stunning for their nuptials and welcomed a number of A-list guests from both sides of the pond to the Peltz's sprawling estate to celebrate.
