Catherine Tyldesley has given birth to a beautiful baby daughter.
The 38 year old former Coronation Street star, who is married to husband Tom Pitfield, shared the news in a joint post on her Instagram page.
"We are so happy to announce that our beautiful daughter has arrived," the couple posted alongside a beautiful black and white image.
"We are grateful beyond words and feel overjoyed that our family is complete."
In the stunning snap, Catherine and Tom kept their adorable little girl's face out of the camera but fans could see the tot's tiny toes as she wore a white nappy.
The soap actress, who also starred on Strictly Come Dancing, already shares seven year old son Alfie with her photographer husband.
But Catherine has been incredibly excited to finally share her world with a daughter too as she has spent weeks decorating and planning a beautiful pink and white themed bedroom for the arrival.
As well a stunning white furniture and a beautiful pewter coloured floral mirror for the nursery, Catherine opted for a rose peach shade on the walls, and floor-length linen curtains.
Inside the baby's cot, which she won't move into until six months, was a striking white swan stuffed toy that was dressed in a matching pink tulle skirt.
Other cuddly animals and a peach cot bumper were also laid inside.
Upon hearing the wonderful news, stars and fans alike flocked to the comments to give their well-wishes for Catherine and Tom.
"Ohhhh Yes!!!!!!! congratulations I can’t wait to see you all xx," fellow Corrie star Brooke Vincent exclaimed her well-wishes.
