For all the couples that have been breaking up during quarantine, this one seems to be flourishing!
In case the sexy music video didn’t tip you off, Megan Fox and Machine Gun Kelly are VERY loved up right now. The relationship has been progressing steadily ever since they first met on set of their new film Midnight in the Switchgrass. In fact, according to a source for Us Weekly, the pair have taken the next step in their courtship — labelling the relationship. They said:
“Megan and MGK have gotten more serious and are officially dating and referring to one another as boyfriend and girlfriend. They’re enjoying spending more and more time together and have a strong connection.”
However, a source for People says there’s one big step this couple hasn’t taken: meeting the kids. In other words… the romance might not be that serious. The insider explained:
“They hang out at Megan’s several times a week. She only sees him when the boys are with Brian. … The relationship seems too new and not serious enough for Megan to introduce him to her kids. Megan seems very happy though.”
Hmm, the fact that they’re “not serious” might be news to MGK, considering he’s been publicly declaring his love for the actress left and right.
It might be welcome news for her ex Brian Austin Green, however. Although he described the split as amicable on his podcast and even said the rapper sounded like a “nice, genuine guy,” an E! News insider said he’s still carrying a torch for the Transformers star. The source explained that he hasn’t pulled the trigger on filing for divorce, saying:
“He wants to give Megan space and is hopeful they will find their way back to one another. It’s been hard to see her get back out in the dating world but he is trying to fill his time with his kids and friends.”
In the meantime, the 90210 alum has been spotted out and about with Courtney Stodden, although TMZ says the pair is strictly platonic. Despite the fact that he and the 25-year-old are “making music together” (whatever that entails…), another E! source confirmed he’s “not over Megan by any means” and “is just trying to take his mind off things.”
This is one of the more bizarre love quadrangles we’ve ever encountered, but it seems like things are starting to heat up! We’re looking forward to seeing how it all turns out!
