Megan McKenna has reworded the lyrics to her song, This, to create a new track called FightCovid19.
Former TOWIE star Megan shared a video of herself beautifully singing the song on her Instagram account on Friday as she sat in her kitchen dressed in a maroon jumper with her blonde hair tied up.
The powerful lyrics in the song include: “All you need to do is be brave, please stay at home and make sure you're safe. Protect the NHS and have faith…
“Whatever it is, don't take the risk. And wash your hands we can beat this. Follow my lead and then you will see friends and family. Let's be a team and fight Covid-19.”

Megan urged her fans to follow the lyrics of the song and stay at home to help stop the spread of coronavirus, which is also known as Covid-19.
The 27 year old captioned the video of her performance of the song: “FightCovid19, Changing the lyrics to my song ‘This’ felt right…. Please listen to every word, stay safe, stay home and share this message to as many people as you can. Love you guys so much #stayhome #staysafe #covid_19.”
Megan’s former TOWIE co-star Jess Wright wrote: “Amazing Megan!!!!!!!!!” followed by love heart emojis, while Ferne McCann said: “You are so talented and amazing. Loved this thankyou darling.” [sic]

Megan, who won The X Factor Celebrity last year, responded to the positive comments from her followers and fellow stars as she wrote: “Thankyou so much guys, please SHARE this video and spread the message and love.” [sic]
Last night a number of stars joined the nationwide applause at 8pm to thanks NHS workers for all their incredible efforts amid the pandemic.
The campaign, named #ClapForOurCarers, invited everyone to join together on front doorsteps, gardens, out of windows, on balconies or in their living rooms for a countrywide applause, which could be heard all around the UK.
Kensington Palace posted a touching video of Kate Middleton and Prince William's children Prince George, six, Princess Charlotte, four, and one year old Prince Louis clapping in front of a brick wall.
The sweet clip sees Charlotte, who dons a black and white striped long-sleeved top, and her brothers, who both sport different hues of blue shirts on, standing in a row as they clap and giggle.
