Penny Lancaster and Rod Stewart are in Buenos Aires, Argentina together – and not for the first time, as their joint visits to the city go back at least 15 years.
The age-defying 52-year-old police constable displayed her toned and slim pins in a black satin dress as she and Rod posed on a staircase together.
The ex-model wasn’t short of poses for the occasion, while she affectionately rested a hand on the shoulder of her husband, who is performing in the location this week.
Argentina is famous for the tango, and Penny may well be revisiting the classic Latin moves she displayed during her 2007 stint on Strictly Come Dancing during her visit to the vibrant nation.
The La Boca district of Buenos Aires is said to be responsible for giving birth to the tango way back in the 19th century – and just months after performing on Strictly, Penny was spotted out there.

Now the celebrated wife of rocker Rod has returned to the city, as well as enjoying a side trip to the nation’s legendary Iguazu Falls.
“A most exhilarating experience, to feel the energy of the negative ions of the falls and witness the magical rainbow of the 7th wonder of the world,” she enthused on Instagram this week in a show-stopping photo from the scene.
Penny had her arms outstretched and her face contorted with pure emotion as she stood with the falls behind her, while a rainbow was clearly visible to one side of her.
“Somewhere over the rainbow!” one of her 186,000 followers chuckled, before declaring: “Beautiful.”

The jungle location, close to the border with Brazil, is around a two-hour flight from Buenos Aires, or a daunting drive of around 15 to 16 hours.
Meanwhile, back in the city, she and Rod have also been snapping photos of each other at the Teatro Colon – an opera house declared one of the top ten on the planet by National Geographic.
On previous journeys to Buenos Aires, the pair were spotted strolling around antique stores along the cobbled streets of the San Telmo district, which they may be revisiting on this year’s trip.
However, it hasn’t always been romance and date nights, as Rod recently revealed that he witnessed a terrifying shoot-out there back in the 1970s.

The 78-year-old shared an unearthed 1978 clip of himself telling ITN’s Trevor McDonald that he’d “feared for his life” after the incident took place in one of the capital’s restaurants.
“Police came in with a sawn-off shotgun and the robbers were there with their guns, neither of them had the guns cocked,” he exclaimed.
“We were all under the table, there were bullets flying everywhere!”
Taking to Twitter earlier this week, he quizzed: “On my way to Buenos Aires and it’s got me thinking about this insane encounter. Wonder if the restaurant is still around?”
Fortunately, it looks like his latest visit to Argentina is proving to be far less stressful, as he and Penny beamed in their romantic snaps.
