Sam and Billie Faiers pay tribute to their late grandad Mick as he dies six weeks after Nanny Wendy

Sam and Billie Faiers have paid emotional tributes to their late grandfather Mick, who sadly died this week.

The Mummy Diaries stars, who lost their grandmother Nanny Wendy just six weeks prior, took to their Instagram feeds to share pictures of themselves with Mick, celebrating his life.

Sam first posted a snap of herself giving her grandfather a kiss on the cheek before posting a clips of him singing Frank Sinatra's That's Life.

The 30 year old also posted a sweet snap of herself and sister Billie hugging Mick as the trio smiled for the camera.

In the caption, she penned a touching tribute as she wrote: "Our Grandad Mick [red heart emoji] last night you was reunited with your queen, our Nanny Wendy. Exactly 6 weeks without her by your side. [sic]

"We love you soo much Grandad. We’ve all had the best times together over the years, I’m so grateful I had you in my life. You was life and soul of every party, kind, caring, the best grandad in the world. [sic]

"You always had time for us no matter what, you loved us all unconditionally," followed by a red heart emoji. She continued: "I’ll miss you and nanny like you can’t believe, it just doesn’t feel real that you’re both not here anymore I don’t think it’s actually sunk in yet.

"You will both always be in my thoughts and prayers forever [praying hands emoji] I find so much comfort knowing that you’re back with your Wendy Woo See you in heaven Grandad.. ps make sure you get the pie & mash in," [sic] alongside two red heart emojis, a winking face emoji and a praying hands emoji.

Billie, 31, also took to her Instagram feed to share photos of their grandfather, including a throwback of Mick with Nanny Wendy when they were younger.

In the caption, she wrote: "My wonderful Grandad Mick," followed by a red heart emoji.

"Words can’t explain the heartache I feel losing you, my wonderful grandad mick," [sic] with a broken heart emoji.

She went on: "You are the best grandad I could ever wish for, kind, caring, funny, loving, life and soul, unforgettable, A True Legend [stars emoji] I can only find comfort that you feel no more pain and that you are now in heaven with our beautiful nanny Wendy," [sic] followed by a red heart emoji.

"I thank you and nanny for teaching and encouraging me to always live life to the full! And to love life ! Just like you and nanny always did. [red heart emoji]
