Loose Women panellist Stacey Solomon has shown off her toned and tanned figure as she posed before a gym workout. The 33 year old took a selfie standing in front of her pool as she enjoyed the sun before heading into her garage gym.
Stacey stunned as she wore a black one piece underneath a white loose fitting jacket that fell off one shoulder. The TV star had a huge smile on her face as she looked down at her phone screen, with her blonde hair pulled up in a messy bun.
The mum of five had managed to get her two youngest children, daughters Rose and Belle to sleep in the pram, so she could have time to hit the gym as husband Joe Swash is away. However son Rex, three, was wide awake as he played just in front of the pram in Stacey's snap.
Sharing the sweet snap on her Instagram story, Stacey said: "Joe's away today so we did the school runs, me and Rex did everything in our power to keep the girls awake until we got home so that I could get them in their pram and walk them to sleep. Because I really want to get into the gym today. I have so many away days this week so I need to get in there whenever I can."
A short while later, Stacey posted another snap of the girls still asleep, confirming that she had managed to complete her workout. The former The X Factor star has been documenting her fitness journey on her social media after the garage in her home, dubbed Pickle Cottage, was converted into a gym.
Stacey has been filming for the new series of her show, Sort Your Life Out, in recent weeks and over the weekend while filming, she admitted that she was left "embarrassed." That was because she was filming in Lincolnshire but she was telling people how lovely Hull was, thinking that she was actually up in Hull.
She told her followers that she had looked at the wrong date in her diary, as they are filming the show in Hull in a few weeks time. Stacey said that she got in the car and fell asleep, when she woke up she assumed that she was in the Yorkshire city.
Giggling away, Stacey said: "So I just got in the car, fell asleep and assumed I woke up in Hull. So basically I have told everyone in Lincolnshire that I love Hull.
"They are probably thinking great good for you, what about Lincolnshire? I'm sorry to everyone I met today and had a lovely conversation with, I love Lincolnshire."
