Rock supergroup Oysterhead has been confirmed as headliners for the Peach Music Festival.
Oysterhead features Police drummer Stewart Copeland, Phish singer/guitarist Trey Anastasio and Primus singer/bassist Les Claypool.
The String Cheese Incident and Joe Russo’s Almost Dead featuring Oteil Burbridge are also due to play two sets at the festival.
In addition, founding Talking Heads keyboardist Jerry Harrison and the band’s one-time touring guitarist Adrian Belew will join Turkuaz for a set celebrating the 40th anniversary of Talking Heads’ Remain in Light album.
Other artists set to perform at the festival include Rebelution, Umphrey’s McGee, Moe., and Pigeons Playing Ping Pong.
The festival is scheduled to take place July 2 to 5 at Montage Mountain in Scranton, Pennsylvania.
Oysterhead will also be performing on February 14-15 at the 1STBANK Center in Broomfield, Colorado, and will be headlining the Sweetwater 420 Fest, taking place April 24-26 in Atlanta’s Centennial Olympic Park.
