Huge news for PAW Patrol fans – a third movie is on the way!
It was just revealed that the upcoming preschool franchise has been greenlit for a third feature film, according to Deadline.
This exciting news comes just a few days before the upcoming sequel PAW Patrol: The Mighty Movie is set to premiere in theaters, on Friday (September 29).

“PAW Patrol has entertained generations of preschoolers while subtly teaching them the value of community, inclusiveness and teamwork,” producer and Spin Master Entertainment president Jennifer Dodge shared in a statement. “On the cusp of the premiere of our second, super-powered film, the universal love for our pups is stronger than ever. We’re thrilled to announce a third feature film, expanding the PAW Patrol universe further with an epic new adventure. Featuring action-packed missions and exploring new terrains, this movie will be larger-than-life and once again show how small paws can make big prints.”
“PAW Patrol remains in a class of its own as a beloved and recognizable cultural touchstone for kids and families everywhere,” Ramsey Naito, President of Paramount Animation & Nickelodeon Animation, added. “Alongside our partners at Spin Master, we are so excited to continue to bring these pups’ big screen adventures to PAW Patrol’s legion of fans around the world.”
Cal Brunker is set to return to direct the third movie, after helming the first two. Casting for the third has not yet been announced.
Starring the first time movies include Marsai Martin as Liberty, Kim Kardashian as Delores, Ron Pardo as Mayor Humdinger, and Callum Shoniker as Rocky. Joining the voice cast for the second feature are Mckenna Grace, Kristen Bell, Lil Rel Howery, James Marsden, Serena Williams and Taraji P Henson, as well as North West, Alan Kim and Brice Gonzalez as a trio of new pups, Finn Lee-Epp as the voice of Ryder and Christian Convery as the voice of Chase. Kim Kardashian‘s son Saint West is also set to have a cameo.
