After walking runways and gracing fashion campaigns worldwide, Cindy Crawford‘s 23-year-old model son Presley Gerber is celebrating his success by buying his very first home. On April 10, Dirt reported that Gerber closed on a stunning midcentury-style home in the Hollywood Hills for $3.4 million.

The model’s new place, which was built in 1955 and has been thoroughly restored since, has crisp white walls and deep wooden floors all throughout. In the great room, the living room and dining room join seamlessly with a wood-burning fireplace right in the middle. In the eat-in kitchen, there’s an island perfect for cooking and a wide window to bring in some natural light from the outside.
In addition to a master bedroom with a walk-in closet and a soaking tub in the bathroom, there are two other bedrooms that share a single bathroom between them. Speaking of bedrooms, this property also has an attached one-bed, one-bath guesthouse with a full kitchen and its very own entrance from outside.
On the outside of the home, there’s a heptagonal plunge pool surrounded by a concrete patio perfect for entertaining and sunbathing. Around the space, hedges and trees provide all the privacy Gerber could want from neighboring homes or nosy paparazzi.
