Closer Look at the Air Jordan 9 "Change The World"

Increasing the quantity of women’s exclusives has been an amplified topic of conversation among the sneaker community in these early stages of the year, and so Jordan Brand is responding to that narrative by crafting this exclusive Air Jordan 9 “Change The World” colorway for the ladies. The hardwood classic — which was never spotted on Michael Jordan when he played for the Chicago Bulls — has been edited with a bright, multi-colored arrangement that’s reflective of the Spring season.

Each foot is treated with white leather materials on the sides, all of which are pockmarked at the various pods that run their lengths. Due to this primary neutral tone, the vivid accents which are mismatched between each shoe are given permission to take center stage. The right side’s overlays alternate between muted orange and pink overlays, while a fluorescent orange paints over the midsoles and lace loops. Its left counterpart sports a mudguard that splits between gray and purple color blocking, as well as black leathers that line the collars. From there, a pasty yellow hue dresses up the midsole, interior lining and lace loops.

If interested, you can find these dropping via select retailers like Nice Kicks on March 13 for $190 USD.
