After working alongside OUR LEGACY for apparel collaborations in 2021 and earlier this year, Denim Tears and Stüssy are set to unite once more to engineer another apparel collaboration. This new assemblage was announced shortly after Tremaine Emory‘s label showed off its stunning guest capsule with Dior in Egypt this past weekend.
Denim Tears‘ penchant for utilizing patterns, colors and text that reference his African American background, hometown and label are put on full display. Standing out amongst the multi-piece range are the matching denim jacket and jean sets. They come in light or darker washes and feature all-over Stüssy branding that is styled in a way that points to Denim Tears’ signature floral patterns. Cozy knitwear can be found in the capsule, one item being adorned with the African American flag on the left sleeve while the other sports the icon’s colors in striped form. Elsewhere in the capsule is a quarter zip sweater that is embellished with “Jamaica Queens” across the front, all-over floral trousers, a black and white camouflage jacket with beige collars and a knitted tote bag that’s styled with Rastafarian stripes.
Select Dover Street Market locations and Stüssy are scheduled to launch the entire medley of products come Friday, December 9 at 10am PDT.
For more news, the Stüssy x Nike Air Max Penny 2 has received an official drop date.
