Maison Château Rouge and Jordan Brand Reunite to Debut a New Air Jordan 2 Collab

Paris-based boutique Maison Château Rouge linked up with Jordan Brand once again to debut a new collaborative pair in the form of an Air Jordan 2. The duo last partnered in 2019 on an AJ1 Mid in honor of both African and Parisian craftsmanship with a bold combination of styles, cultures and colors for the Jumpman’s FW19 Air Jordan 1 “Fearless Ones” collection.

The Instagram page, Teddy Soles, graced us with a look at the latest installment that slightly resembles that of the Union x Air Jordan 2 “Rattan” with subtle outlines and details in orange and yellow. Designers and co-founders Youssouf and Mamadou Fofana opted for a brighter base with Sail-hued leather outfitting the uppers while lateral overlays and tongues feature a debossed pattern.

Further hits of orange are found throughout the shoe from the toe cap to the heel cap, stitching, embellishments and shoelaces. Yellow Wings motifs are found on the tongues to compliment the color scheme while the heel tab highlights Maison Château Rouge’s branding. The insoles are decorated with graphics of Michael Jordan and reading “United Youth International.” Extra sets of laces matching the overall look will accompany each pair.

Look out for the Air Jordan 2 “Maison Chateau Rouge” to drop in the coming months at select retailers and via Nike.
