British brand MAXIME has just presented its latest collection, “A Man and His Objects,” and it strives to build narratives that constitute a home while unraveling the profound emotions of tranquility, coziness, and protection.
Just like its previous collection, MAXIME’s latest presentation debuted during Men’s Paris Fashion Week, with the collection symbolizing a man that surrounds himself with objects that embody his overall taste along with a reflection of his aspirations in life.
For its latest collection, MAXIME welcomes various interpretations of crochet fabrications across shirts and jumpers, while pearl-like satin textured nylon is used on a matching coat and shirt set. MAXIME’s signature car coat is also revitalized, this time being interpreted with a straw-like appearance, complemented with delicate laces across the full-length wool coat.
Trousers are also introduced into the collection, with MAXIME’s wide-leg silhouettes being refined with comfortability in mind. Elsewhere, a collection of shells have been taken from a nearby beach and applied to jersey T-shirts and a uniformed tailored coat.
Rounding off the collection, the traditional Mary-Jane shoe has been reimagined with a modern twist, with new colorways of black, “Deep Brown,” and a new print on a pony skin iteration. Leather is then included across new styles — in hues of “Onyx Black” and “Cacao Brown” — which has been introduced on new Messenger Bags.
You can take a closer look at the new collection from MAXIME above and it will be available to shop via the brand’s official website in the coming weeks.
