Following collaborations with the likes of Satisfy, Salehe Bembury and Levi’s, Crocs has returned to unveil its latest team-up with German luxury label MCM and international sensation, Lindsay Lohan. Dubbed the MCM x Crocs Mega Crush Clog, the fresh silhouette meets the world in a campy, virtual-meets-reality campaign that pictures Lohan against the skyscrapers of Dubai.
The clogs are made with a unique electrolyzed mirror platform, drawing inspiration from the reflective and progressive nature of modern-day cityscapes. The sole offers an elevated, statement-making platform, while new Jibbitzz™ charms, referencing MCM’s signature house codes, appear all over the design.
“The new MCM x Crocs Mega Crush is equal parts playful and chic. The shoe combines style, versatility, and comfort — all important to me when choosing the perfect fashion accessory,” said Lohan in a statement. “It was an extra special touch to shoot here in Dubai, the place that I call home.”
Notably, the clogs, which are available in “Gold-Black” and “White-Silver” colorways, come with MCM’s quintessential mini-belt bag, which can be attached and detached across the front of each shoe.
