Copenhagen-based label WOOD WOOD has just announced the appointment of two new Creative Directors who will lead the brand into a new realm.
Founded 21 years ago by Brian SS Jensen and Karl-Oskar Olsen, the duo now pass the baton to Nana Aganovic and Brooke Taylor, hoping to insert additional creativity into the label. Aganovic and Taylor will work together to revamp WOOD WOOD for a global audience, executed across its mainline collections and sub-label, DOUBLE A by Wood Wood.
The design couple founded Aganovic in 2011 after graduating from London’s Central Saint Martins. After debuting at Paris Fashion Week that same year, the brand wrote its own rulebook while creating ethical workwear with a sustainable outlook. Later, Aganovic moved onto couture, presenting experimental collections with a mind of their own.
