Following a “Voodoo Doll” collaboration with Rukus, New Balance Numeric has returned to team up with British skateboarder Tom Knox for his first signature model, the Numeric 600.
Knox, who has been a member of the New Balance Numeric global team since 2014, dipped into the brand’s archives to reimagine an early ’90s NB indoor court shoe for the collaboration. The Numeric 600 is built with a FuelCell midsole, and its toe prioritizes durability with technological FantomFit reinforcements. The shoe’s molded Ortholite insole puts comfort in the fore, while its NDurance rubber outsole strikes the balance between flexibility and grip.
Made with premium suede, leather and nubuck, Knox’s signature shoe is available in two colorways: “White/Green” and “Black/White.” Its lightly-padded tongue features collaborative branding, reading “NB Tom Knox 600,” and “Indoor” lettering sits on the side of the heel. New Balance’s signature “N” motif commands the center of the design, and its quintessential iconography claims the back of the heel.
Tom Knox’s NM600 is now available to shop globally via New Balance’s webstore and select skate shops. The sneaker is listed for $94.99 USD, with men’s sizes ranging from 4 to 16 and women’s sizes spanning 5.5 to 17.5. Take a closer look at the design in the gallery above.
