Roman Kemp wasn’t exactly thrilled with the reaction to his interview with Hollywood superstar Keanu Reeves.
The Capital DJ, 30, was tasked with interviewing the Hollywood legend this week during a publicity run for John Wick: Chapter 4.
And while Roman is obviously a pro, things didn’t exactly go too well, with listeners branding the interview cringey – ouch.
When on the publicity run for upcoming films, actors generally have to answer the same questions over and over again, with Roman taking it in a different direction with lighthearted probes such as whether John Wick could beat PE star Joe Wicks in a fight.
However the Canadian actor was left a bit baffled by the questions, leading to a clip of the interview going viral.
Now Roman has reacted to the mockery, taking to Twitter where he shared an article about fans calling the interview ‘utter cringe.’
He had just one word to say: ‘Brilliant.’

As well as John Wick versus Joe Wicks, Roman quizzed Keanu on whether the hitman would know how much a halogen lightbulb costs – because you know, his name sounds like hardware store Wickes.
Keanu, renowned as being one of the most friendly and polite people o the planet, played along, laughing that he would ‘Wickes my bathroom, I’m gonna Wickes my new kitchen.’
And Roman, known as much for his impressions as he is his radio career, then did an impersonation of the actor, by changing his face as though he was ‘about to sneeze.’

You have to hand it to Roman, it definitely wasn’t an interview the actor would forget during the long line of press interviews.
It hasn’t exactly been a great week for the DJ, who was earlier left with egg on his face as he appeared to lose out on £10,000 by eating a rare Creme Egg.
He had excitedly tweeted out a picture of a half white chocolate, half milk chocolate Creme Egg, asking Cadbury: ‘What is this???’
And by the time he learned the sweet treat was worth 10K, he despaired.
‘I HAVE EATEN IT. WHAT DO I DO NOW? HELPPPPPPPPP.’
