Ruff Ryders are gathering the family, friends and fans of the late DMX for their “Ryde Out” event.
Set to take place on April 9 in New York City, Ryde Out marks the second death anniversary of the influential artist and will “celebrate and remember our brother DMX and all our fallen [soldiers].” The group added, “Please bring all your family and friends for a day full of food, fun, games and music.”
DMX died on April 9, 2021 due to a heart attack. His posthumous album EXODUS went on to debut at No. 8 on the Billboard 200 and the song “Bath Salts,” which featured JAY-Z and Nas, received a nomination for Best Rap Song at the 2022 GRAMMYs.
