Zayn Malik makes dramatic return with music video tease and fans are not OK

Zayn Malik is back, baby!

The former One Directioner took to Instagram on Tuesday to tease a brand-new music video sending his fans into total meltdown.

Zayn, 30, totally wiped his social media account before posting a video of himself sitting on a motorcycle and revving the engine before his helmet visor snapped shut.

A link also appeared on his Instagram page that led to a website offering fans the chance to ‘presave’ his music on Spotify and Apple Music.

It’s been a whole two years since the dad-of-one last dropped new music, so it’s no wonder fans were beside themselves with excitement.

Messages like: ‘CAN’T WAIT FOR THIS’, ‘STOP!’, ‘WOW OK’ and ‘Screaming,’ quickly flooded the comment section.

‘Oh sh*t he’s coming,’ added another social media user, while someone else said: ‘I am not OK right now.’

Last month, Zayn once again teased fans when he posted a message on Twitter thanking them for their support.

However, his out-of-the-blue message came without explanation, meaning many fans were left scratching their heads at what it all meant.

Zayn tweeted: ‘I would like to say thank you to everyone that has supported me throughout this amazing journey, especially to my fans who I owe my life to.’

‘Love and adore you and see everything you do for me.’

Some fans took his message as a bit of a public goodbye or a hint at stepping away from music.

Slightly panicked by the post, one fan replied quickly: ‘I love u Z , don’t become a farmer yet, I want more album!! I miss you Z.’

‘Honestly, I don’t know how to take it Z. it’s so confusing,’ another admitted. ‘I honestly hope you’re just thankful for the support and are thinking of releasing your stuff soon. if not, it’s okay the music industry was never your high priority and we’ll love and support you forever!’

But judging by Zayn’s new video tease, he’s here to stay!
