1. Holding hands during their first public outing
Prince Harry and Markle made their first public appearance as a couple when they attended the Invictus Games, an event created by the Duke of Sussex, held in Toronto — where the former Suits actress lived — in September 2017. They laughed, whispered to each other, and held hands.
2. In love at engagement announcement
Two months later on Nov. 27, 2017, at an official photocall in Kensington Palace’s Sunken Garden, Prince Harry and Markle were in love announcing to the world their newly engaged status.
They smiled, held hands, and left walking arm in arm.
3. Walkabout with PDA
During a walkabout at Cardiff Castle in January 2018, they greeted crowds and showed some love while signing autographs.
4. First kiss as a married couple
Upon exiting St. George’s Chapel, the newly minted married couple shared their first kiss.

During an official visit to Morocco, Markle rested her head on her husband’s shoulder at a local school.
8. Holding hands in Sussex
While in their namesake of Sussex, Markle and Prince Harry couldn’t keep their hands off each other. Cozying up next to each other, the couple held hands. If that wasn’t enough Markle rested her free hand on the Duke of Sussex’s arm while the two beamed.

At their official photocall after the birth of their son, Archie, in May 2019, the couple inadvertently recreated their engagement photocall. They walked away — Prince Harry carried the newborn — admiring Archie while Markle had her hand on her husband’s back.
