Delivery driver confronts customer who lied about not receiving order

A DoorDash driver has been praised online after her confronted a woman who claimed she didn't receive her order from him and put his job at risk.

Yung Tuci, who posts online under the username @yungtuci, filmed the confrontation after he had dropped food off at a woman's workplace only to find out she had contacted the company claiming she hadn't received it.

The delivery driver then turned back and went to her workplace to confront her about putting his job on the line when other members of staff had seen him give her the food.

In the clip, which has gained more than 2.2million likes, Tuci sarcastically said to her: "So, you didn't get the DoorDash order from earlier?"

To which, she replied: "I have no idea what you're talking about."

He then gestured towards the receptionist and said: "She even saw you with the food and you guys have cameras here. You said the order never arrived."

She then had the nerve to say that she "didn't" say the order never arrived.

He then asked: "So, why does it say that the customer says that the order never arrived?"

When she repeats that she doesn't know, he replied: "Are you just trying to get free food and put my job on the line?"

He added that he got a "contract violation" because of the claim that the food was never dropped off and now his "job is at risk."

By the end of the two-and-a-half-minute clip, she admitted that she did receive the order but insists she didn't make the refund request.

In the caption, Tuci added: "Had to end up telling her if she doesn't call support before the end of the day and get the violation removed her jobs on the line next.

"Also pay close attention to how much she switches up from not knowing anything about what I'm talking about at first to completely admitting the order arrived tf u mean." [sic]

TikTok viewers were left praising the driver for confronting the woman after the clip gained more than 18million views.

One user wrote: "She did and is embarrassed you actually came back all on video."

Another commented: "Normalize calling people out."

A third added: "I'm so glad you did this."

DoorDash has been contacted for a comment on the incident.
