Frank and Christine Lampard have second home in Liverpool with greenery around us

TV presenter Christine, 43, and her football manager husband Frank Lampard now have a second home in Liverpool. Frank is now manager to Premier League football club Everton, who are based in the northern city, so only having a home in London would undoubtedly prove difficult.

The couple are yet to share photos of their new residence with their social media fans, but we do know that their London home is stunning.

Christine has been married to Frank, 43, for six and a half years. The couple spent two years living in New York while Frank was signed to the US football club New York FC. Frank's base is now Liverpool, so the pair are managing a long distance relationship, as well as juggling the lives of their children.

While some people would hate the idea of their partner’s job being far from home, a source has revealed that Christine couldn’t be more thrilled about hubby Frank’s new job, even though it’s based in Liverpool.

Frank and Christine have two kids together, Patricia, three, and Freddie who is one. Frank also has two daughters Luna, 16, and Isla, 14, from his previous relationship with model Elen Rivas.

Speaking to Fabulous magazine their decision to buy another pad, Christine said: “Well, you just can’t uproot the whole family. Our home is here in London, certainly at the minute anyway, because Patricia has her little classes and I’ve got my stuff.”

Frank's older daughters also live in West London and Christine has made it clear that the whole family won't be relocating.

It seems that the pair's Liverpool property is a crash pad, rather than a family home: "We’ve navigated through. It’s a lovely change of scenery and it’s nice to have a bit of greenery around us. We’ve got a place up there with a cot and a wee bed. You get used to it and it’s not actually a big deal.”

Christine also shared how close she is to her step-daughters.

She said: "I have had the girls since they were four and two and they are 13 and 11 so I have been through all the toddler years, the primary and secondary school bit and teenagers are around the corner.

"That is preparation, although the baby years is all new to me! So I'll take it day by day really, like every other new mum.”

On ITV’s Loose Women, she praised the girls for helping her with Patricia when she was born, saying: “They’re brilliant.

"Even just simple things, like I'm going to nip to the shower for two minutes and I know I have the two of them there.

"They're at that age where I can trust them to do it. And they do adore her. It's like a live-in doll. They're fantastic, the two of them."
