Freedman + Taitelman Rebrands With Miles Cooley As New Name Partner

Since tapping Miles Cooley to join as a partner in February 2022, Freedman + Taitelman, LLP is now rebranding to Freedman Taitelman + Cooly.

Cooley has previously worked with high-profile music and sports clientele including Rihanna, Jay-Z, Curtis Jackson, III (aka 50 Cent), the LA Chargers and the LA Clippers. Ahead of his move to F+T, Cooley served as the chief legal officer and COO of the CMNTY culture publishing, film and real estate portfolio companies. He additionally worked with DLA Piper LLP.

Cooley, too serves on the Lawyers’ committee for Civil Rights National Board of Directors, the advisory board of John Burton Advocates for Youth and as pro bono counsel to Peace4Kids.
