Joe Jonas and Sophie Turner have officially confirmed that they’re divorcing, leading to much speculation over how the long-time couple will split their wealth.
According to reports, the pair signed a prenuptial agreement before their 2019 wedding, which, in theory, should make the divorce a simple process. With a reported net worth of $50 million, Joe’s fortune is significantly larger than Sophie’s estimate $12 million fortune.

Regarding their properties, any homes acquired before the couple’s marriage will remain under the ownership of the respective original owner.
The parents-of-two recently offloaded their Miami, Florida mansion last month for a profit. The couple sold the property for $15 million, slightly below their initial asking price of just over $16 million.

Nonetheless, it represents a noteworthy profit, considering they had purchased the mansion just a year ago for $11 million. Reportedly, Joe and Sophie invested in a series of renovations that transformed the property, thereby justifying the higher selling price.
This estate boasts an impressive 14,000 square feet of living space, highlighted by expansive windows and soaring ceilings that offer breathtaking views. Additionally, the backyard provides direct access to the water and ample room for boat docking.
At the time, it was unclear why Joe and Sophie sold their Miami property after owning it for only a year, though it now seems to be foreshadowing their divorce. The couple previously sold their home in Los Angeles before buying the Florida mansion.
The Los Angeles estate offered an impressive 15,000 square feet of living space, encompassing 10 bedrooms and 14 bathrooms. It boasted a range of amenities such as a wine cellar, indoor gym, theater room, lap pool with a spa, and a spacious 6-car garage.
What’s more, the property included a separate guest house with 2 bedrooms, equipped with a variety of entertaining features, including an aquarium, cigar humidor, disco lights, and a DJ setup.
The only remaining matter to resolve in Joe and Sophie’s divorce seems to pertains to child support and custody of their two daughters: 3-year-old Willa and their 1-year-old daughter, whose name has not yet been made public.
Their divorce remains ongoing.
