The Fat Duck restaurant is a renowned temple to innovative modern British cuisine. Located in Berkshire, the menu offers "beautifully executed and original dishes".
But Heston is bound to ruffle a few feathers after increasing the price from £395 to £425 per head for Christmas dinner. And to top it all off, it doesn't include roast turkey or any trimmings.
Customers also have to pay upfront for the meal. And diners can't get over the height of the festive period because the meal stops on December 23.
So it's not even on the menu on Christmas Eve, Christmas Day or Boxing Day. Heston, 57, is known for his wacky dishes like bacon and egg ice cream.
He's run the triple Michelin starred eatery in Bray, near Maidenhead, since 1995. The posh menu consists of nine courses of minimalist food.
The first is called Christmas Tipples and is Nitro-Poached Aperitifs. This is followed by Pine Tonic of Botanicals – Green Herbs and Pine, Smoked Cumin, Jerusalem Artichoke.

Next is called Decorating the Tree which consists of Truffled Egg, Smoked Salmon and Buttered Toast – Chicken Liver Parfait and Plum. Then it's Langoustine Cocktail – served with Marie Rose, Tomato, and Vanilla.
The fifth is Roast Scallops and Almond – Chocolate, Kombu, and Pickled Lemon. Then comes Twas The Night Before Christmas – a Short Rib of Beef, Lardo do Colonnata, Dried fruits, Gold Carrot, and Sherry.
King's venison served with Beetroot, Chestnuts, Brussels sprouts, Black Truffle and Umbles is followed. And it's all finished off with Cheese, Nuts and Port and Botrytis Cinerea.
The Fat Duck Christmas meals run from November 29 to December 23.
A Fat Duck spokesperson said: "If you are looking to book a Christmas party or a festive get-together with family or friends, from private dining or exclusive hire.
"Our venues offer the perfect setting from an intimate celebration to a corporate event. Enjoy exceptional cuisine in a unique atmosphere, and let our team take care of everything.
"Whether you prefer a cosy ambience or a luxurious setting, we have the perfect option for you."
