Im a female bodybuilder – men love me so much they worship my muscles

A female bodybuilder says men love her muscles so much that they worship them.

Jessica Sestrem, from Germany, started weightlifting when she was only 14 years old as she wanted to become stronger and had always found athletic bodies beautiful.

Now, she is a certified personal trainer and an International Federation of BodyBuilding and Fitness professional.

Oh, and she also has a successful OnlyFans page with followers who have a kink for muscle worship.

She exclusively told Daily Star: “ I discovered that there are people who love and admire my physique and would pay for exclusive content, like me working out, arm wrestling, flexing and domination.

“Muscle worship is a kind of fetish when a person loves to admire the muscles of another person. It is generally for men who like a powerful woman.

“In fact, most guys don't tell anybody about their love for female bodybuilders and strong women.

“They don't tell their friends, family, girlfriends or wives so they join secretly the private space.”

Jessica takes maintaining her impressive physique very seriously so she's in the gym six days a week with only one rest day.

In the weeks leading up to a bodybuilding contest, she will go to the gym every day for two training sessions.

She also takes her diet seriously, which consists of protein, carbs and fat. Her favourite meal is the bodybuilder classic – chicken, vegetables and rice.

While Jessica has worked hard for the body she has, there are still some changes she wants to make.

“I love my shape but still need to work on my weaknesses, such as muscle development and symmetry,” she shared.

“That’s bodybuilding for you, you will always find something to work on.”

Jessica hopes to one day win a professional show and then compete at Ms Olympia, which is professional bodybuilding's most prestigious competition.

But sadly, the 31-year-old receives hateful messages from people online because of her appearance.

“I receive daily hate messages because of my appearance, especially on TikTok, where people are not focusing on fitness and lifestyle,” she said.

“When a woman does bodybuilding and achieves a very high level of muscle mass, it's an exception in this world.

“When I show myself on the internet, there will always be people who don't like it and then they can leave hateful comments on the internet. But I like to focus on the people who do love it.”

Jessica hopes to be an inspiration to women who are considering bodybuilding.

She also hopes that in sharing her story, she's helped to raise awareness for women in the sport.

“It's crazy but there are still people who don't know what it is and who discriminate against women bodybuilders, so it's always nice to see bodybuilding in the media,” she explained.

“I also want to be an example for women who discover that they like to be strong or want to be stronger, muscular and powerful.

“I want them to be able to see that they won't get a masculine look when they get muscular and that while there are haters, there are many people who love muscular women as well.”
