A judge has ordered Lenny Hochstein to cough up the dough in his ongoing divorce battle from Lisa Hochstein.
Hon. Abby Cynamon ruled last week that the plastic surgeon should pay the “Real Housewives of Miami” star $8,000 per month via direct deposit starting May 1 as temporary support, according to the legal filing obtained by Page Six.
The Miami judge also ordered Lenny to continue to “maintain the status quo” financially for Lisa and their two children, Logan and Elle, and pay for their medical insurance.
He also has to continue to pay for the kids’ school tuition, extracurriculars, camp and more.
Cynamon also ordered Lenny pay $60,000 worth of Lisa’s legal fees directly to her attorney. Page Six previously reported that Lisa owed the law firm representing her $85,000.
The decision will be in effect until both Lenny and Lisa come to an agreement or the court issues a new order.
Cynamon’s ruling came after the reality star argued that her $30,000-per-episode salary was “woefully insufficient” to maintain her and her kids’ lifestyles.

“[Lenny] has significant and substantial assets and earns millions of dollars a year as [a] successful plastic surgeon,” court documents explained, adding that “without [Lenny’s] contribution, [Lisa] cannot provide the needs and necessities of life as they were established during the marriage.”
Lisa, 40, has been fighting for temporary support for months, at one point claiming that she could no longer afford to buy diapers or food because the “boob god” allegedly had cut off her credit cards.
“If [Lisa] was truly in need of diapers and food for Minor Children, [Lisa] should have
purchased the same with the Insta-Cart app tied to [my] bank account,” Lenny, 56, snapped back in a previous court filing, adding that she’s been requesting “excessive” amounts of money.
In December, Lenny, who has been dating newly single Katharina Mazepa, also accused Lisa of purchasing $9,000 worth of designer duds in one week. He forced her return the luxury purses in exchange for cash that she could use for their kids.
During Part 1 of the “RHOM” Season 5 reunion, Lisa admitted her lavish spending habits contributed to their divorce.
Page Six broke the news in May 2022 that Lenny was going to file for divorce from Lisa. He officially submitted his request to terminate their marriage about a week later.
