Millie Mackintoshmight not go for the most dramatic hair transformations, but that doesn’t mean she doesn’t know how to effortlessly switch up her signature blonde locks.
The original star ofMade In Chelseahad recently showed off abright blonde money-piece highlights hairstylejust two weeks ago, with two lighter blonder sections at the front of her hair as she celebrated the launch of her new fashion collection with brand Friends Like These.
However, now it seems she’s already ready for yet another hair makeover as she ditched the money-piece highlights in favour of a warmer all-over blonde roast shade.
The blonde roast is the latest coffee-inspired hair colour to take over, with Paul Percival, founder ofPercy & Reed , saying coffee-inspired shades are the new go-to for a unique and natural-looking tone.
Paul said: “The blonde roast is a fusion of warm, rich hues that create a multi-dimensional finish, this colour combines golden and honey tones with a touch of ashy brown, making it the perfect choice for those who want to elevate their blonde game.”
To get the perfect blonde roast shade, ask your stylist to customise a combination of balayage and lowlights for you, including tones of honey, caramel, and ash brown tones to give a sun-kissed, glowing hair colour that has depth and dimension and looks effortlessly natural.
Millie’s glowy, beige-toned blonde roast colour sees her lighter front sections disappear and helps blend her naturally darker blonde hair colour in with the brighter, more summer-ready blonde shades.
Sharing some snaps of her new hair to her Instagram, Millie revealed she had visited celebrity hairstylistAlexe . Alexe has worked on Millie’s hair in the past, as well as several other former Made in Chelsea star’s including Zara McDermott’s ashy blonde money-piece highlights andSophie Habboo’sstunning natural-looking balayage that she had for her wedding toJamie Laing .
In the photos, Millie said she was loving being more blonde, but wanted to blend the colour in more around the front of her hair, which would give the Quality Street heiress a more natural-looking finish to her hair.
Although the overall effect was a very subtle lightening of her hair, Millie’s new shade showed just how to achieve a noticeable but natural hair makeover without having to completely change up your look.
