Surrounded by overgrown plants, the flat is in need of a complete renovation inside and out.
Currently uninhabitable, rubbish has taken over the bathroom and the en-suite with it being dumped in the bath and shower.
Even though it has "stacks and stacks of potential", paint and wallpaper has peeled off the walls leaving dark marks and what appears to be mould in most rooms.

The descriptions reads: "Very well located for Huddersfield town centre and the university district is this two-bedroom project, perfect for builders, developers, and investors.
“Nicely tucked away down a cobbled street the accommodation comprises of – kitchen, lounge, two bedrooms both with potential en-suite facilities and outside a small garden and outbuilding.”
For the potential buyer, the price tag is attractive but the bill for renovations won't be.

With cupboards missing and a plaster-filled oven, it's likely a new kitchen is needed – prices usually start from around £10,000.
According to HomeOwnersAlliance, to fix the ceiling in the bedroom it could cost around £4,000 and any rot work will be around £1,000.
A new bathroom will set you back about £6,000 and any work needed to solve the damp issue in the property could cost up to £16,000.
The ideal buyer would be someone wanting to do it up and rent it out to students as it's advertised as being "handy for university".
It will be up for auction on Thursday.
