Professional footballer Declan Rice, who has captained West Ham United, is gearing up to make his next move in football. The 24 year old will be sold this summer with the likes of Arsenal, Manchester United, and Bayern Munich taking a keen interest in the midfielder who has quickly shot to football fame.
But off the pitch, Declan, 24 is supported by his longtime girlfriend, Lauren Fryer who has an impressive following of her own. Lauren hails from Chessington and has a staggering 37.9K followers on Instagram – she is followed by the likes of Harry Kane's wife Kate and Luke Shaw's girlfriend Anouska Santos.
The loved-up pair have been together for seven years, which was revealed after Lauren posted a sweet snap of the pair in October 2021 when they celebrated their six year anniversary. They are childhood sweethearts after having met at school.
Declan and Lauren share one child together, a son called Jude, but didn't announce that they were expecting a baby as they tend to keep their private life out of the spotlight. However, Lauren has shared a handful of sweet snaps of the couple on her Instagram account.
While Declan didn't confirm his son's birth, he debuted a new tattoo during a West Ham match on Sunday 21 August last year with the name of his newborn baby and the date he was born, 07.08.2022.
To public knowledge, Jude is their only child although Declan has often bought his nephew onto the pitch at West Ham who has been mistaken as his son in the past. The family have also been seen with an adorable dog together.
Over the course of Declan's successful football career, Lauren has proved she is every inch the supportive girlfriend of her beau and has often been spotted at his football matches. She notably posted a sweet message to Declan after England's Euro 2020 final defeat to Italy.
In the post alongside a snap of the pair donning England flag face paints she wrote: "You have done our country so PROUD!

I’ve loved every minute of seeing you in all your happiness and success. Me, your family & close friends have all created memories to last an absolute lifetime and that’s all down to you!
