Gina Stewart has been dubbed the "world's hottest gran" due to her age-defying looks.
But how does the 52-year-old stay looking so young?
Over the years, the blonde bombshell has shared her hacks for turning back the clock.

She puts huge emphasis on following a healthy lifestyle and being consistent with her skincare regime.
And she says one product is her elixir of life.
Previously, the Aussie Playboy star told Daily Star: “I believe Roseship oil I use daily is anti ageing so that’s Botox in a bottle for me. My secret weapon!”
Here are other anti-ageing hacks Gina swears by…
1. Drinking green tea
Gina doesn't drink coffee and sticks to energy-boosting herbal tea instead.
She said: “[It’s] one of my favourite and one of the cheapest ways to stay healthy.
“A cup of green tea each day, perfect hot or cold. Numerous health benefits and extremely high in antioxidants."
According to the Miss Maxim model, drinking the brew regularly is “good for the skin” and “slows down ageing”.
2. Taking cold showers
The model recently revealed that she takes an icy cold shower every morning as a way to “speed up metabolism” and “improve skin and hair”.
She told Instagram fans: “I have been an avid user of cryotherapy over the years and can highly recommend any type of cold therapy but it can be extremely expensive.
“The cheaper alternative is to take cold showers every morning, after your usual morning shower to reap the amazing health benefits.
“Start with a 30 second cold shower after your regular shower each morning and work up to two minutes for full effect.”
3. Cutting back on sugar
Gina says reducing her sugar intake has helped her to look years younger.
Not only has this helped her to combat bloating, it’s also improved her skin too.
She said: “After 10 days without sugar in my diet my face looks amazingly better, tighter, toned and less puffy.
“My skin feels clearer and brighter and my wrinkles seem less pronounced.”
The NHS warns that adults shouldn’t be eating more than 30g of “free sugars” a day, which is equivalent to seven sugar cubes.
It adds: “Eating too much sugar can make you gain weight and can also cause tooth decay.”
4. Drinking plenty of water and swerving alcohol
Gina recommends: “Drink eight glasses or two litres of water daily.
“Either straight water or green tea etc. Drink clean… no alcohol.”
Drinking water can help with anti-ageing as it can help you to maintain a healthy weight and aids nutrient absorption.
Dermatologists also say plenty of fluids help your skin to look fresher and more energised – and it's advisable not to drink more than 14 units a week on a regular basis.
5. Exercising regularly
Not only does this keep you in shape, it releases feel-good endorphins too.
Gina said: “I do 10,000 steps a day to help with weight loss …
“It’s also great for overall cardiovascular health.
“I try to walk in the morning before I eat for optimum weight loss.”
And the glam gran is also a fan of hitting the gym, adding: “(I do) daily weight bearing exercise to strengthen and tone during the 10 days.
“It’s a great way to look good.”
6. Taking time to relax
Following a healthy lifestyle also involves being kind to yourself, which the influencer recently did at a spa.
She said: "Being busy is seriously overrated – slow down and relax.
"I have been taking some time out recently and a spa I have found is certainly an amazing way to heal and de-stress."
She also emphasised the importance of getting plenty of kip, adding: “Sleep is so important. Get eight hours solid sleep a night.”
7. Getting plenty of sun
Gina lives on the Gold Coast of Australia, so she loves getting a bit of sunshine to boost her mood and give her a healthy glow
She said: "Regular sun exposure is the most natural way to get enough vitamin D.
"To maintain healthy blood levels, aim to get 10–30 minutes of midday sunlight, several times per week. People with darker skin may need a little more than this. Your exposure time should depend on how sensitive your skin is to sunlight."
Obviously it's well-known that too much sun can cause severe damage, so a high SPF is still recommended as well as not staying in the sun for too long.
