A Place In The Sun's Laura Hamilton has revealed that she has a hidden Harry Potter past.

When asked if it was true that she worked on the Harry Potter films, Laura said: "I directed on the background of some of Goblet of Fire.

"The thing when people ask what I've worked on and I say 'I've done this and done that,' when you're freelance, you work on something for a month or two months and it's very easy to quickly build up a colourful CV, I suppose.

"But yeah, I worked on Goblet of Fire but I found film was incredibly slow for me. I think that's why I like the live stuff but again it was an amazing experience."

But did Laura get to chat to any of the star-studded cast?

She answered: "I didn't get to talk to them but obviously, you know, you're walking past and you're like 'there's Daniel Radcliffe over there and there's Emma Watson over there'.

"But they're focused on doing their job and you're focused on doing yours."

The beautiful blonde presenter heads up the Channel 4 property show for her main TV role and is now dabbling on ITV's This Morning too.

Talking about her role on the C4 show, she said: "She said: "I feel very grateful to do the job that I do and have a really good network of family and friends.

"And have the support of people watching, because A Place In The Sun wouldn't be what it is without the viewers watching it."

But behind the glitz, glamour and stunning swimwear snaps – Laura shared how she often gets sent some very bizarre and inappropriate fan messages.

"Let's just say I get some nice complimentary messages from people," she said before explaining how she was once sent a grotesque image from a fan on Instagram.

The host described how she was DM'd a pic of one of her followers wearing a face mask.

However, she added: "But let's just say it wasn't of their face."
