Former EastEnders star Melissa Suffield looked sensational as she stripped down to her undies for a body-positive video.
Taking to her Instagram account, wearing a pair of nude coloured knickers and a matching bra, Melissa, 29, oozed with confidence as she paraded her curves for the captivating clip.
Laughing and embracing her body, Melissa – who is known to fans for playing Lucy Beale in the BBC soap – ditched her makeup as she gave adorning glances to the camera.
The actress also shared an important message with fans and told them that they are more than just a number.
Captioning the short video, Melissa also wrote a lengthy heart-felt message.
She started off by saying: "I talked recently on my stories about not being afraid to size up clothes, and that if that triggers you, just cutting out the label can do you a world of good- and it got me thinking about all the numbers we use to define ourselves.
"Numbers on a scale. Number of £££ in your bank account. Number of calories in a day. Number of sexual partners. Number of A’s when you leave school. Number of stretch marks left behind from growing your babies."
She continued: "Number of times you’ve wanted to be bold, but couldn’t. Number of relationships that didn’t work out. Number of people who have made you feel less than. Number of times you’ve snapped at your kids. Number of years it took to find your passion.
"And of course, the number on the label of your jeans."
The star went on to add that we can't be defined by the numbers that are attached to us.
She added: "But you’re a person, and you can’t be defined by something as rigid as numbers.
"Because, in the infinite and unique beauty, chaos, and experiences that are woven into all those layers that make up you? Pure magic."
Seeing her brave display on their screens, fans quickly rushed to the comment section to share their thoughts on he role model
