Eva Longoria shimmered her way down the red carpet at The Cannes Film Festival on Wednesday night (18 May) in a dazzling custom-made gown.
This is the 17th year the American actress, director and producer has attended the Cannes Film Festival – and her look well and truly stole the show.
The Desperate Housewives star dazzled in a disco ball dress, fully adorned in mirror-like shards as the gown clung to her slender figure and fell all the way down to the floor.
Eva's eye-catching off-the-shoulder gown was paired with some silver killer heels as she opted for minimal jewellery including drop diamond earrings and a subtle ring.
She wore her glossy brunette hair in a half up half down slick ponytail and wore neutral shades in her makeup which was turned into a smokey eye look.
Eva attended with her dapper looking husband Jose Baston, a Mexican businessman, whom she has been married to since 2016.
The star has come a long way since her first ever appearance at the festival, where she wore a dress which cost less than £40 back in 2005.
Speaking on how far she's come, she told People of the affordable dress: "I was like, I'll just wear this one, this knit gold, that feels right," adding: "Nobody would've known it was a $40 dress."
She said: "It's not the dress, it's the woman who wears the dress," the actress said.
This star-studded event has been vastly anticipated, as an extremely exclusive line up of celebrities were invited to the Top Gun: Maverick screening.
Top Gun: Maverick is the sequel to the 1986 classic, starring Tony Scott who was famed for doing all of his own stunts. He was rumoured to undergo gruelling G-force training and he even flew fighter jets in the sequel.
This sequel has been touted as “improving upon the original in every conceivable way.”
