She shared a photo of the three of them and wrote: "I do believe that in life you have to look back to see how far you've come.

"A few years ago…this was all I ever wanted. My little family unit."

In response, one fan wrote: "Dreams do come true. Beautiful photo."

A second person commented: "Beautiful little family. Everything you deserve."

A third said: "You've done amazing Ferne, you guys are so adorable."

While another wrote: "Yes! Here for this family unit."

The mum often uses her social media to keep her 2.9 million followers updated with her family life.

She confirmed her pregnancy earlier this year and said she couldn't be happier.

She told OK! Magazine at the time: "We were so happy. It wasn’t planned, but it wasn’t planned.

"For us both being parents, they’re little miracles and it was such a positive moment and something to look forward to for us."

Lorri added: "I was over the moon – I couldn’t believe it!”

Fans have been dying to know whether Ferne could document her birth on TV.

But Ferne says she must consider what Lorri wants as well.

She said: "I really want my birth on the show. I want to have that moment.

"But now obviously doing this experience with him, I do have to cross things past him, so we’re currently in discussions, but I just want to capture that moment."
