Coleen Rooney and fellow WAG Rebekah Vardy are set to appear in the High Court as their libel trial gets underway today (May 10).
Wayne Rooney's wife Coleen had accused Jamie Vardy's wife's Instagram account of leaking "false stories" about her to the British media over the course of several months.
Coleen, 36, launched a "sting operation", hiding her social media stories from several users, limiting them to be viewed by only Rebekah's account.
Ms Vardy, 40, has denied ever selling any stories and has launched a libel case over the "untrue and unjustified defamatory attack".
Rebekah recently claimed that she believes her agent, Caroline Watt may have been responsible for leaking the information.

Coleen Rooney
Coleen has made a name for herself since bursting onto the showbiz scene during the early days of her relationship with Derby County boss, Wayne Rooney back when they were 16.
Wayne found fame playing for Everton after initially being on their youth squad before making his senior debut on August 17, 2002 – with the attention soon turning on the then Coleen McLoughlin.
After finding fame, she released her own workout DVD, Coleen McLoughlin's Brand New Body Workout in 2005 which instantly became a bestseller across the nation.
While her popularity began to grow, she saw the perfect opportunity to release her debut autobiography, Welcome to My World in March 2017, with her second book, Coleen's Real Style released the following year.
The Liverpudlian soon embraced all things WAG culture after marrying Wayne on June 12, 2008, during a lavish ceremony held in Portofino, Italy.
They went on to sell the rights for the first pictures and information for an estimated £2.5 million.
While she was often seen alongside the likes of Cheryl and Victoria Beckham, supporting their other halves, Coleen was keen to ensure she became known as herself, rather than a WAG.
The mum-of-four went on to write a weekly column for Closer magazine, titled Welcome to My World, before moving to OK! magazine in 2008.
Keen to showcase her skills, she made her presenting debut alongside Sir Trevor McDonald on Tonight with Trevor McDonald in May 2006, highlighting the genetic disorder, Rett syndrome, that her sister, Rosie, suffered from.
After winning over television bosses, Coleen became the face of ITV with her own programme, Coleen's Real Women after being labelled "the nation's favourite girl next door".
The star went on the search for "real women" to be the driving force of advertisement campaigns instead of generic models with her show later inspiring the nation.
But Coleen wasn't stopping there, the savvy businesswoman struck up a £3million deal to be the face of George at Asda's clothing campaign.
Making the most of the nation loving her, Coleen went on to release three perfumes, Butterflies, X and X Summer.
Nowadays, she's registered as the director and secretary of her own business alongside her husband Wayne.
Rebekah Vardy
While working as a nightclub promoter in 2014, Rebekah Miranda met her soon-to-be third husband, Leicester City ace, Jamie Vardy.
The television personality who grew up in Norwich had previously been married to Mark Godden and Steve Clark, as well as being involved in a relationship with League One Footballer Luke Foster, with who she has a son called Taylor.
However, she has since been married to Jamie Vardy since 2016, living with their six children in a £1.5million home close to Leicester, where Jamie is a striker for the city's Premier League club.
Throughout the past decade, Rebekah has become a familiar face on many reality TV programmes, along with working as a model.
ITV viewers most famously became familiar with Rebekah Vardy one year after she married Jamie when the star appeared on I'm A Celebrity…Get Me Out Of Here!
She appeared in the series alongside celebs including politician Stanley Johnson, Hollyoaks actor Jamie Lomas and Coronation Street actress Jennie McAlpine, with the jungle crown being awarded to Made In Chelsea's Georgia Toffolo.
Since her jungle stint, however, Rebekah has described elements of the competition as 'fake', telling The Sun: "It’s good TV. I get why they do it.
"But I think certain things are fake.
She added: "If you’re asked to go to the Bush Telegraph to get a piece of paper and asked to have a conversation about it, that is fake.
"TV is so powerful. They have the power to edit, cut, crop and repaste certain bits into conversations that make it look certain ways."
That wasn't her only reality TV stint though, as she also appeared in the 2021 series of Dancing On Ice alongside professional skating partner Andy Buchanan.
However, she narrowly missed out on a place in the semi-final after being voted out following a skate-off against Lady Leshurr.
Despite this, she praised Lady Leshurr and said the series was "the time of her life" in a sweet Instagram post, paying tribute to her co-star: "To my girl @imladyleshurr I'm so happy that you're still standing. I'm Still Standing will ALWAYS be our song, I just hope we can dance together to it at a party one day.
"You are a STAR & I'm so happy that all of the viewers are seeing that. I will always have your back."
Away from Dancing On Ice, the successful model and media personality has also worked as a guest panellist on Loose Women, along with appearing on the ITV daytime programme This Morning, with her net worth estimated to be a huge £3m.
Along with her TV appearances and modelling, Rebekah is also an ambassador for charities including Barnardos and has previously supported the Jeans For Genes charity campaign.
