Katie Price reported missing to police after sending ‘worrying texts’ to Kris

Katie Price reportedly had police officers turn up at her mucky mansion in Sussex after a "worried" Kris Boyson called 999.

The 41-year-old allegedly sent her on-off boyfriend a string of "worrying messages" which led the 31-year-old personal trainer to call the cops.

Katie, who has five children, is reported to have sent Kris the messages while spending the night in the annexe of her mansion instead of at Kris's place.

A source told New Magazine: "She started sending Kris lots of worrying messages to try and get his attention.

"He was concerned it sounded like a bit of a cry for help."

The source continued: "Kris ended up calling the police, who arrived at her place, but by that time she’d left for a night out with some mates, so she can’t have been that upset.

"It seemed like she was winding Kris up all along."

A spokesman for Sussex Police said: "On Tuesday, December 3, police received a report that celebrity Katie Price, 41, had gone missing from her West Sussex home.

Katie, who was once worth an estimated £45 million, has hit headlines recently after she was declared bankrupt.

She had submitted a payment plan to the court, known as an Individual Voluntary Agreement (IVA) to manage her repayments. This totalled an estimated £250,000.

An IVA is a formal agreement with creditors, which lets people with debt pay it back at an affordable rate.

However, Katie was failing to pay back £12,000 a month and was therefore unable to pay back creditors in time.

Judge Jonathan Middleton, sitting at a specialist insolvency and companies court, said: "I do judge Ms Price to be bankrupt."
