Lisa Snowdon has revealed that she explored sex with women as she opens up about her sex life.
The star has written about her sexual experiences in a new book about life, love, and menopause where she includes details about her appetite in the bedroom and the kind of people she’s attracted to.
Among the revelations, she revealed that she had experimented with women as well as the famous men she’s dated, including George Clooney, David Walliams, and Jay Bothroyd.

“I was, of course, deeply attracted to the opposite sex, and sometimes to the same sex, and I would be lying if I said I hadn’t experimented a little – that was fun and I certainly have no regrets,” writes Lisa in her book: ‘Just Getting Started’.
“A friend told me that a lot of women in the menopause who are attracted to women are acting on it, as they feel they no longer need men. And I kind of understand it.
“Sleeping with women can be a much more sensual, more gentle, more intense and more giving experience.”
The star also admitted that she wasn’t a big fan of casual sex although it sometimes had its benefits.
“I was never into one-night stands – or at least, not too many – but I certainly enjoyed myself,” writes Lisa.
“I love the physicality of it, the contact and the animal attraction.”

Lisa first came to fame at 19 years old after being discovered in a pole dancing club, where she quickly became included in FHM 100 Sexiest Women. She later turned to presenting as well as continuing to model.
However, despite her success, she admitted her career happiness hadn’t always translated to her personal life where she sometimes felt pressured to have sex to bolster her self worth.

“For so many years sex for me was about validation. I never really experienced much satisfaction in my late teens or my twenties,” she writes.
“Looking back, I definitely had sex when I didn’t really want it, when I felt pressured into it.”
However, despite the heartbreak Lisa and unhealthy pressures experienced around sex in her younger years, she has since found love and is currently engaged to George Smart.
