S Club 7 singing sensation Jo O'Meara has revealed that she is "devestated" to have been admitted to hospital after thinking she was on the "road to recovery".
Two months after sharing a snap of herself donning a hospital gown and announcing back surgery to "remove a disk" – Jo is in a new hospital dash.
Taking to Instagram the blonde beauty, from the hit 90s and noughties pop band, has given her fans an update from her hospital bed.

Hooked up to an IV drip she asked: "When am I gonna get a break ??"
She continued in the caption: "I really thought I was on the road to recovery. 4am this morning the pain was the worst it’s been yet!
"So here we are again! I am devastated," she revealed as she concluded the short message.
Fans and friends were quick to flock to the comments section to send their well wishes to the singer, with many seemingly worried.
"Noo upset to read this. Sending love Jo…. You are SO incredibly strong xxx," penned one.
Another then said: "Get well Jo sending love and prayers you will have a speedy recovery."
While a third wrote: "Stay strong! You are a LEGEND!!"
Although it is not currently known why Jo is in hospital this time, she first revealed that she had back problems at the start of September this year.
At the end of the summer she announced that she had received spinal block treatment when she shared a different hospital snap.
On October 25 Jo revealed that she had an MRI scan that revealed results she "didn’t want to see".
She explained how she planned to "go back in [to hospital] for another back operation to try and get it fixed".
Adding: "I’m totally gutted that it didn’t work the first time, but my back is in a bit of a mess to be honest!"
