Simon Cowell has been raising eyebrows in recent months after fans started speculating on whether he has had work done to his face.
As the Britain's Got Talent boss reunited with his fellow judges and hosts Ant McPartlin and Declan Donnelly, Simon spilled all on his seemingly new appearance.

In an interview with press, Dec told the audience: "We have a new face joining the judging panel", while Ant quickly added: "What? Simon has another new face?"
Shortly after Simon explained that he sees the funny side of their jibes – but confessed he hasn't had as much work done as people believe.
He said: "I think it's hysterical. I mean it just makes me laugh – I haven't had a facelift or anything."
Simon explained he has had a "bit of Botox" but "nothing drastic".
He added: "Over the years people have said that I've had everything done. But I don't Google myself so I genuinely don't have a clue what everyone is saying about me until we do things like BGT."
Fans had questioned Simon's appearance after he did an interview with his fellow judges on ITV's Lorraine.
Simon was deemed "unrecognisable" by some viewers, but the TV favourite looked rather different after going through a reported three stone weight loss transformation last year.
He is now gearing up to be back on screens in a regular slot as Britain's Got Talent returns for the pre-recorded segments of the show.
In mere weeks the judges will all be together once again for the live shows – but there is a brand new face joining the panel.
Bruno Tonioli was confirmed as the latest judge to join Simon, Amanda Holden and Alesha Dixon after David Walliams' controversy over comments made about a contestant saw his time on the show come to an end.
Bruno recently told Alex Jones on The One Show that he was "petrified and really nervous" ahead of joining the panel.
He said there were things he wasn't warned about – like golden buzzer etiquette, with Bruno confessing he pressed it mid performance, instead of waiting until the end.
Bruno said: "The stage exploded with gold and everybody gasped – nobody told me you have to wait until the end of the performance!"
Britain's Got Talent returns tonight on ITV.
